Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining our digital presence. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and oversee engaging content that is tailored to specific audiences and supports overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data to optimize engagement and brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, design, and product management to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Engage and respond to our community, fostering discussions and building relationships with followers to ensure a vibrant online community.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, technology, and competitive landscape to keep our strategies relevant and innovative.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, outlining strategy effectiveness and growth opportunities.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, as well as tools for managing and measuring success.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Experience in developing and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
